We are a member of IPATA (International Pet and Animal Transportation Association) and some airlines will only carry pets if the Agent responsible for relocating your pet is an IPATA member. Clearly, to minimise pet discomfort over the journey, the crate (or pet carrier) used must be of sufficient size with food and drink bowls present, to be IATA compliant. It is for these reasons that we will ask for measurements of your pet during the quotation process so that we can ensure we provide an adequately sized crate in our quotation. The correct sized crate or shipping kennel (in the case of dog relocation), greatly adds to the comfort of your pet whilst in transit.
