"Hello over there and what a result on Saturday!!
Sorry I am a bit late in sending you this but it is just to say a BIG thank you to you all at Airsupply, Stella. Morgan and Cinders all arrived safely in NZ and we flew down with them to Nelson. It was very funny watching the cats struggle to stay awake with the jet lag but they managed to until they’ d been fed twice!! They must have all settled in and are very affectionate since their trip probably worried we might stick them on another plane but I don’t think I could handle it again, the day they were due to arrive I was having panic attacks that I had done something wrong of course it was all fine.
Well a very big thanks once again, couldn’t have got the tribe out here without you guys.

It was very stressful for us to say goodbye to her in the UK and then await for her to arrive in NZ. But when we went to the airport to collect her we could hear her barking so we knew she was okay and I think the MAF staff were relieved to see her go as she was so noisy. We were impressed with the cage she was in. it was a lot bigger and roomier than we had expected it to be and Ranni looked as though she had travelled okay."

We collected our two German Shepard Dogs from Cincinnati airport
.Consider this, My wife, Daughter and I were in the USA at time of collection: my neighbour handed over my dogs to your representatives who in turn took the dogs to a vet (to confirm fitness to fly). The dogs were the kennelled for a night, put on a Gatwick – Cincinnati flight the next day.
All I had to do was literally collect the dogs – customs and paperwork free.
